Returns & Exchanges

At HEADQUARTER, we stand by the quality of our fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
